Iconic Dublin tourist spot crowned Europe’s top attraction



The EPIC Irish Immigration Museum has been crowned Europe’s top tourist attraction for the second year in a row.

Dublin’s iconic tourist spot won the title at the World Travel Awards.

EPIC was voted the most popular among all the other finalists for European tourist attractions, including Buckingham Palace, the Eiffel Tower and even the Colosseum.

Previous winners of the award are the Guinness Storehouse and the London Eye.

The EPIC Museum celebrates the impact of Irish emigrants over 1,500 years and the influence they have had on the world.

Patrick Greene, Director of the EPIC Museum, said: “We are extremely proud to receive this recognition two years in a row, especially in the context of a difficult year.
